Double-Page Spread Stand First

DPS Stand First by Slidely Slideshow
This is my initial draft of my own Stand First for my DPS.

Amira and Zeke, also known as Power, released their second album, 'Who Gorn Stop Me', earlier this week which sent fans and music charts ballistic. After the release of their first album, 'Fresh', the duo went into musical hibernation which led to the public believing that they were done. However, this unannounced record certainly reintroduced the royal rappers with a new edge to them. While creating the tracks for their surprise album, Zeke mentioned how they had no idea what they were going to call it. That was until the two received criticism from a talk show host, who claimed they were "unoriginal" and "should focus on getting a job they're good at." The female fire of the duo, Amira, did not call out on her haters, she simply put the passion into her music. This was certainly heard on one of her tracks where she states: "Y'all gonna hate what I am, but I'm gonna be bigger than you can." Power was welcomed with just as much passion as they had entering the scene. Their ability to relate to the younger fans and still stand as incredible role-models is what separates these two from the others. The royal rappers have created a whole new type artist as they subvert from the usual stereotypes. Amira and Zeke spoke with SWAY about 'Who Gorn Stop Me', haters and dating siblings. Awkward!
